Baked Cheesecake Recipe


  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar vigorously until a fluffy textura.

  2. Add then the flour, cheese and cream and mix slowly untill all well combine to a smooth cream.

  3. Line a 24cms diameter metal mould with wet oven paper (make it wet with cold wáter). When lining the mould, it does not need to be perfectly flat (see video).

  4. Pour the cream mix into the mould and put into the preheated oven at 200C.

  5. Once the cake is in the oven, reduce temperatura to 180C and cook for 35 mins aprox. (time Will vary sometimes depending of the oven)

  6. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down at room temp onto a rack.

  7. Remove from the mould and remove the oven paper. Dust it with icing sugar (optional).

  • 50g Plain Flour (all purpose)
  • 300ml Double Cream
