- Disolve the yeast in the cold water.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and yeast mix.
- Knead the dough on the table for 5 mins. Add the oil and knead 5 more mins.
- Let the dough to prove at room temp in a bowl covered with film.
- Remove the excess of gas from the dough and divide in 4 equal parts.
- Shape the portions into balls pushing the bottom to the inside.
- Let the rounded portions to prove for 30 mins.
- With some fine semolina, push the dough with the fingers to a round shape.
- Pass the flat dough to a pizza baking tray.
- Add the toppings. Cook in a preheated oven at 190c for 15 mins.
