Mother dough Recipe

Method:

  1. Dilute the yeast in the water.

  2. Add the rest of ingredients and mix until well incorporated. Can do by hand or using a mixing bowl with a hook.

  3. Then place into a container with a lid and keep in the refrigerator for 24h before use.

Note: mother dough should be fed every day for 5 days by adding same quantity of flour and water.
