Mix the flour, yeast, butter, oil, water, salt and sugar. Knead by hand for 10 mins or 5 mins on mixing machine.
Add the egg and mix again until fully incorporated.
In a bowl covered with a cloth or film, leave the dough to double up he size (about 1 hour).
Take it out of the bowl and knead the dough to remove excess of air. Portion the dough for the desired size of th rolls.
Roll the portions and add the cheese on the center of them. Roll the dough over until the cheese is completely covered by this.
Let them grow up again at room temp on an oven tray layered with parchment paper and covered with film (20-30 mins).
Paint the rolls with the salted eggwash and bake in the preheated over for 2 mins at 180C. After this, reduce the temp to 150C and carry on baking for 23 mins.
