- Fillet the breast of the chicken.
- Chop the garlic and parsley.
- In a clean bowl add the chicken fillets, the parsley, garlic, wine, lemon zest, juice and the salt. Mix well and leave it in the fridge for 24 hours.
- Using flour, eggs and breadcrumbs, pane the chicken fillets already marinated.
- Deep fry them in vegetable oil turning them 2 mins each side.
- Serve in a white bread bun with lettuce, tomato, mayo.
- Can be served with a side of fries or salad.
Note: As a burger normally is served with French fries or salad.
